Day 6 - Finally Get To Sleep In...

1:45am - Recap time

Brunch of the champions - Baked porkchop rice.  Ordered this by myself all in Canto.  True story.  Guess I'm fulfilling that New Year's resolution #4 ("To improve my Canto") after all huh Wayne ;)

Then it was off to Mong Kok with Wayne, Sean, and Huang to check out the "sneaker street" (aka sneakers central) and "lady street" (ironically it's not an area dedicated to lady products...).  Check out all those fresh sneakers from the delivery truck...it's every sneakerhead's heaven haha not that i'm a sneakerhead or anything...

 

 OPINION NEEDED: I know all you people are most likely gonna ignore this (just like how you guys ignored all my other poll questions....bastards haha), but PLEASE provide input if you can for this!  I am trying to buy some ball shoes and I have narrowed it down to two - Adidas (top) and Nike (bottom).  I am severely torn between the two so please comment on whether you think one is too flashy or it looks too plain, etc.  And no, buying both is not an option...you've seen a pic of my room, I am not cakin' haha

At "lady street" looking at random things.  Street full of cheap fake stuff = you'll never know what you'll find.  Saw some pretty cute stuffed animals....no homo...and no I didn't buy them... 

I don't know why Huang picked up a pink wallet and frankly I don't really wanna know the reason....

Taking a break from shopping with some cheap bbt.  $10HKD = $1.33CAD for a large bbt.  Crazy huh, and to think we pay like $5CAD for a small in Canada.  Anyways, this place was packed with people for a reason, their drinks were AMAZING!

 

"Lychee coconut jelly milk tea" - sounds weird but it was retardedly delicious haha

 Huang got some mango sago drink and is evidently enjoying it.  In fact, it was so good that he actually went a full 30 seconds without saying a word because he was enjoying it so much.  That's a pretty big thing since Huang likes to talk smack like 24/7, 365....haha "just kidding Huang" :P

 

Arcade time!  Huang and I currently have another challenge going - Best-of-7 in Initial-D racing games.  He is currently up 2-1......I...will...not...lose...!!

Dinner time at TST.  Price: Medium. Food quality: Average.  Overall: Nay 2/5 Lambo Stars

Sean and Dog sporting new haircuts.  Sean looks like Tae Yang and Dog looks like....well...looks like he didn't get a haircut at all haha

Everyone knows Wayne is one to make the most inappropriate comments at the most inappropriate times, and tonight was no different.  During dinner, we were in the middle of a discussion (I will omit the details) and out of nowhere, Wayne screams "Of course I'd eat less [food] for the rest of the trip for hot pussy!!"  We turn around and there is an old white couple sitting behind us trying to enjoy their dinner.  Buried in a country full of Asians, Wayne still finds a way to....well...pull a Wayne.  Man that was a good laugh haha he tried to hide under the table after that comment too (picture)

Saw this "Charlie Brown Cafe" dessert place in TST, but didn't get a chance to go in.  Menu looked pricey as hell too.  Charlie's my boy, but sorry man, not this time...

Don't know what the hell this thing is...all I know is that it's bigger than me and there's a mini version of it in a batman suit by its feet.  Enjoy if you can.

Ok it is now 3am, which means I spent over an hour writing this damn entry....I should've thought twice before I took on the blog-off challenge against Huang.... Oh well, for all of you that are at work/school following my blog, this is for you I guess. :)
